Gryphon Travel!!!

I just took a flight from "Stormwind" to "Refuge Pointe" in Arathi. Problem is, I never dismounted the Gryphon. I could move around as if I was playing but, nothing else was interactable......ie: Npc's, chars, everything. I could'nt even log out. therefor, I had to close out of WoW. Now the server still says I'm online and I can't sign back in............please help!!! It says I've been disconnected from server everytime I try to log in, when the site still has my char (Eternametal) on the online char list. Hope a GM can manually "BOOT" me off the server so I may try again, otherwise, I'm pretty lost. Any suggestions? By the way, I tried to sign into another account as well, still get the same disconnected from server message. Other times, it says the connection is successful, but it keeps taking me to the server suggestion screen. Obviously I'm using Verus Era. I just can't get back on for the life of me, the closest it ever got was recognizing the account, the number of chars on the account, but it never retrieves the char list. I know this is a bit much, but I can't really explain much better. My only other idea would be a server re-start. I'd just hate to have done all that work for nothing!


Alright, apparently, I just had to wait a while. The server must have been lagging. I was able to get back into my account afterall. Sorry for the scare lol!

Nothing to worry about, that happens when the server lags, or if its off for some reason.When u log back in you'll find urself dismounted , or on route to Refuge pointe.

this was Eternametal's post. He is much newer to the game and still learning, though learning quicker than anyone else ive brought to the game. He was conserned and i was asleep lol. Guess we'll just have to start signing our posts...makes it easier than logging in and out and in and out all the time.

without ever expiriencing this sort of thing before, it could be a lil confusing. Now any of us coming from retail wow will know this kind of thing INSIDE AND OUT. in the last 4+ years i cant even count how many times ive had to sit and wait. i need my warcrack!!! hehe

No server can be absolutely perfect and lag happens to the best of us *giggles* But Verus Era is much more dependable than most out there from what ive seen so far. We are certainly happy to be here and playing with such neat folks.
