Go in the game.
Press ESC
Click Interface
Uncheck Windowed mode.

I forget which section it's in, but browse in Interface.. you'll find it there somewhere

You can get items from a guy name Landros. He's in Stormwind and Orgrimmar near the portals. Just a tad busy at work these days so I can't spend too much in-game but we'll talk sometime Rolling Eyes
