can u tell me pls, is it possible if, i have some working quest, that i can't do by myself, and can't find any help for it, is it possible to contact GM to finish it for me for some amount of VerusEra credit...???

Nope but you CAN visit www.wowhead.com and type in the quest, you'll find lots of info for that quest there. Try it out Razz
