Dreadsteed

Im a warlock lv 64 and i want to know why can i get my epic mount, the Dreasted, i also want to know how to get the Infernal ?

Inferno in Felwood
For Dreadsteed it starts in Burning Steppes? i forgot it

There is a goblin next to the quest giver who is also involved with this quest, and I think you might have to talk to him first? Not sure, been a long time since I did it.

He's standing nearby, and sells three of the quest items you need. If you know another warlock with the items and get them to come with you, you won't have to buy these. (I think they total to about 250 g)
