I assume you tried clearin ur cache? If that does not work try and clear the WTF as well.

...this only happens with the tauren no other alt

You probably took a quest that requires a countdown timer. Do you remember if any of your last quests you took had that?

Try disabling your addons and logging in. You can do that from the log in screen I believe.
